Who doesn't love a small waist? With summer quickly approaching it's time to whittle away that waist! One of my favorite moves that will attack the obliques as well as strengthen the core is this knee bend plank.
Start off in a plank position with a soft bend in the elbows. Pull the knee in as close as you can to the shoulder, and pull the knee forward (small movements) 20x. Switch sides. Do this 3x each size.
