Can you believe that it's already December, and 2015 is already over?!
While some may be waiting for 2016 to roll around to set their own diet and workout goals, but why not start now to avoid the holiday pounds? You know what they say, "summer bodies are made in the winter."

I was so excited when Kiqplan approached me with their 12 week app program to tryout. This app is amazing because it helps you keep track of what you eat, activity level, steps, water intake, and sleep. I've tried other apps like this before, but this one is by far superior. With other apps I was disappointed with their calorie tracker because they didn't have many foods in their system with associated calories. With Kiqplan I was so impressed that when I typed Sprouts roasted red pepper hummus that it was in their system with the calories listed. With being in week 7 of my "Slim + Trim" program I've noticed that I have eaten more healthy because I know I have to write it down. I have become more intentional on what I eat because who wants to type in s'mores, and see it take about the majority of your calorie intake. Wah wah.

This app also has graphs, a daily diary, and scheduled meals/workouts that will help you stay on track , and compare your results from previous weeks. The app also includes tons of recipes, workouts, and articles that not only inspire but educate you on aspects of health. Apps like this I think are so great for those wanting to make a change in their lifestyle, because you learn to be accountable for yourself.

Start your New Years resolutions early this year by trying one of the 8 Kiqplan programs: Slim + Trim, Beer Belly Blaster, Your First 5k, 10k Run Ready, Bikini Hot, Suns Out Guns Out, Healthy Baby Bump, and Goodbye Baby Bump.

Don't forget to enter the Pure Barre Giveaway! You have a chance to enter every day by sharing link on FB :) Contest Ends Monday.
