Last week I was invited by one of my friends Amanda to go take a Tabata class with her followed by a round of yoga. You know me.. I'm up for any fitness challenge. I've never taken Tabata class before, and didn't know what to really expect. Tabata is an interval training workout where you do an exercise for 4 minutes. We did these legs lift in class, and my inner thighs were crying the next day (insert crying emoji). The burn....so deep...so good ;)
Let's dive into the exercise
1. Lift and lower the working leg for 20 seconds with out resting on the floor.
2. Make sure you keep your inner thigh pointing to the ceiling.
3. After 20 seconds (go all out for 20 seconds) rest for 10.
4. Repeat 8x then switch to the other leg.
