Ever since we started prepping to move to Dallas I dedicated all my energy and efforts into work and moving. When we moved to Dallas all my energy still has been dedicated to work and unpacking our place .... more work than unpacking ;)

Since I'm such a dedicated person I tend to allocate all my energy to my work, which is a double edge sword. On one side of the spectrum all my efforts put into the task at hand gets me from point A to point B. On the other side of the spectrum my hyper focus causes me to leave little time for myself.

Last week I was watching a Facebook Senegence training where one of the leaders talked about maintaining personal development while leading a team. Watching that training was such a wake up call for me, and made me realize that I need to make time for myself, and dedicate sometime to my own personal growth.

This week I'm going to make a list of some books that are perfect for personal growth.
I would love to hear some of your favorites that I can add to the list!
