Happy Wednesday everyone. Today for "Workout Wednesday" let me introduce this trifecta of a workout. I first got inspired to do this when I viewed something similar on my friends FB page where she used TRX bands. With being in short supply of such a device I figured I could create the same effect using a yoga ball. Ever since trying this out I've been doing it everyday, and love the burn I get in my core, upper body, and the tops of my thighs.
What you will need: Medicine Ball
What we are working: Tops of the thighs, abs, and upper body
Lift hips in the air 20x for 4 sets. Make sure you give your feet space between each other on the ball to help with the balance.
You can also just hold a plank with having your feet on the ball.
