What a weekend I had, and this upcoming week is going to be even busier! Last Thursday I left to go to Utah for a mini vaca after I taught my 5 am class. Todd was worried about me road tripping by myself for a whole 10 hours, but I managed to get to Utah in one piece. About every 8 weeks I go to Utah to go get my hair done. Honestly it's more of an excuse to see friends and family. I left Sunday morning at 5 am, and got back to AZ around 2 pm. When I walked in the house with luggage in hand I was greeted by my boys both wearing their finest - Todd in his church clothes, and Django in a big red bow! It feels good to be back with my little family.
With the weekend coming and going in the blink of an eye, I don't think I have mentally prepared myself for this week. Todd's birthday is on the 10th (whoop the big 3-1 for my Todd-E-Cakes), which means his birthday week is here. This whole week is going to consist of pampering my man for his birthday (AKA me cleaning the house).
PS, one of the goals this weekend was to learn how to work snapchat. I am proud to announce I have officially learned..... kinda learned....ok well at least downloaded the app and made a username thejpetite.
