I just want to thank you all for your sweet words on our move. My social media was flooded with the kindest congratulatory words about us embarking on a new adventure!
For this weeks new linkup I wanted to feature one of my new favorite outfits for Spring. I recently got this skirt in from Shein, and was immediately in love with the gingham pattern. Gingham and Spring go together like peanut butter and jelly in my opinion <3
I'm usually not a huge fan of midi skirts afraid that they will make me look shorter than I already am, but there is a trick to avoid that. If you are 5'2 like myself make sure your midi skirt is high waisted. The higher the waist the longer your body will appear to be.
I am so excited to see what you guys have in store for my second linkup!
Petite Review for Shein Gingham skirt: I LOVE LOVE LOVE this skirt you guys. I would have to say that the skirt runs small for the average person. I got the xs, and the waist almost fits me. Usually I have to get skirts taken in 2 inches + , but only had to take in this skirt 1/2 an inch. Unless your petite like me I would say go up a size.

Thank you for joining me at the Fashion Elite with J Petite Linkup! I love sharing everything that is style whether it be the latest trends or something that is staple in the wardrobe. I absolutely love linkups as a way to connect and discover other amazing bloggers from all around the world. Each week bloggers may submit their posts on Tuesdays at 1 am Arizona Mountain time to show their take on our beauty/fashion theme of the week. Each week I will pick 2 of my favorite bloggers who rocked the trend from the previous week to be featured on my blog.
I would love to see you linking up with me by sharing #fashionelitewithjpetite, and tagging @thejpetite on Instagram. I will feature our favorite Instagram accounts who feature our hashtag.
Next weeks theme will be "Lace."
