Jessica with straight hair?! Whaaaaaatttttt??

Yes I know, bizarre right?! This morning I woke up at the crack of dawn to prep myself for a fun shoot with my husband and I, and decide to trade in my signature curls for sleek straight hair. The concept for the project was elegance, and wanted my hair to look like J-Lo's red carpet pony tail. Before I went to get my makeup done by my friend Sophia Wilkes from Pucker Up Style I decided to whip out my new favorite tool the T3 Micro SinglePass Luxe Flat Iron. When T3 Micro sent me their flatiron to review I was so excited since I fell in love with their wand. (To see a review on the wand click here).

I've said time and time before that I am an absolute freak about my hair (and extensions), and what kind of products and tools I use on it. I am all about healthy hair, and investing in tools that makes that happen. Since I knew about the quality of the T3 Micro wand I was actually excited to give the flatiron a try, and retire the 8 year old Chi.

The reason why I hardly wear my hair straight is because I hate knowing that when I have to go over the same piece of hair multiple times that I am damaging my hair. Thinking about this is like nails on a chalk board. When I tried this straightener for the first time last week I was blown away with A) how shiny my hair looked, B) no frizzy ends, and C) how fast it took me to straighten my hair. Since the flatiron uses SinglePass technology to evenly distribute heat it can straighten hair with one pass while creating silky smooth locks.

I absolutely LOVE this straightener, and be prepared to see some straight hair on some upcoming blog posts. :)
