Are we noticing a trend lately with Jessica?

Maybe she's a little over obsessed with the ruffles......just a tad ;)

All week I have been living in my workout gear (what else is new), rocking the messy hair, and barely there makeup. It felt so refreshing the other day to finally wash my hair, throw on makeup, and get dressed up for the day. This month I am so excited to be working on a project with Amanda Uprichard for a post that will go live in a few weeks. You guys are going to love it!

One of the pieces that Amanda Uprichard sent me was this dress. Umm hello.... obsessed right?! Swing dresses are such a hit and miss for me because of my petite body. Dresses like this can easily go from beautiful on the hanger to a disaster once I put it on because the fabric would overwhelm my body. When I tried this dress on for the first time I was immediately in heaven. Since the dress isn't form fitting I decided to pair it with a pointy toe heel to give my body some length. For accessories I kept it minimal with a nude clutch, and delicate necklaces to keep the focus on the dress.

  1. Wow, Jessica! This dress is gorgeous! The tan color is so amazing on you. Then all the lovely details add the perfect amount of interest to a neutral dress. Love it!
