Workout Wednesday: BBG Circuit

Couple weeks ago I mentioned that I was doing the BBG workout, and so far I'm really liking it. I'm not going to lie, I dread leg day like the dickens, but I am definitely seeing results! I wanted to stop by today, and share one of the full body circuits that is apart of the program. How this works is that you do the first circuit as many times as you can for 7 minutes, and then break for 30 seconds before you do the second circuit for 7 minutes. You then repeat the first and second circuit again for a total of two rounds.  Be ready to drip some sweat my friends.

Circuit 1

Jump Plank - 15x

Dumbbell Squat - 15x

Walking Lunges - 24x (12 per side)

Ab Bicycle - 40x (20 per side)

Circuit 2

Jumping Jacks - 100x

Straight Leg Jackknife - 20x

Squats - 15x

Leg Lifts - 18x
