As I am sitting here writing this my body is beyond exhausted!! This week is such a big week because my Soul Cycle audition is this Sunday! All last week I was doing triples every other day, while take 1-2 classes on the off days. I know it sounds really excessive, but I am trying to improve my ride as much as I can for the big day. When I want something I'm all in!

Since I've been teaching for 6 years I can demonstrate my ability to lead a group, but since I've only been riding since January my form is what I'm trying to perfect. This whole week I'm going to spend so much time riding before the big day, and I know my hard work will pay off. 

Guess I should book a massage for Sunday afternoon to celebrate my audition being done, and give my body some well deserved TLC.
