Yesterday I spent the afternoon and evening up in Harrisburg to run some errands. One of my stops was over at Homegoods to find some furnishings for my new coffee table. Since this is my first time decorating my home I never really ventured into home stores, and immediately felt overwhelmed when I walked in. I literally spent two hours in there adding, and removing things from my shopping cart because I was constantly second guessing how I was going to put it all together. I'm the kind of person who likes decor already set up so I can be like "yes... I'll take that whole set."

My anxiety level was high during the whole two hours, and when I got home I was surprised that 80% of what I got worked.

Where are some of your favorite places to get home decor to style coffee tables and bookshelves that are perfect for a girl on a budget? Also where do you find your inspiration? Instagram? Pinterest?

  1. I'm living the exact same thing right now! It's so stressful. It took me almost a year to decide on a paint color! Can't wait to see the final look.

  3. Hey Jess! Love the look, btw! Yes, HomeGoods is a bit overwhelming. I've just got to go in with a specific goal based on what I've already seen in magazines, Pinterest, or from other bloggers. Decorating your first house can be sooooo overwhelming. Good luck!

  5. I like to get my home décor items at Kirkland's. Kirkland's is a smaller more homey store so you may find it a bit less stressful. They also have a markdown section where you can find some wonderful cheap artwork.

  6. I was not happy when they made me sit at the books, and I decided to find services for writing essays to order, this site https://essaysrescue.com/essaypro-review/, any written work is done and I am very glad that all the written tasks were done perfectly.
